Dar corpul lor r\u0103m\u00e2ne tensionat, vigilent, obosit sau \u00een alert\u0103 constant\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ce?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru c\u0103 <strong>siguran\u021ba nu este o decizie mental\u0103<\/strong>, ci o stare fiziologic\u0103. Corpul nu se lini\u0219te\u0219te pentru c\u0103 \u201e\u0219tie\u201d c\u0103 e \u00een regul\u0103. Ea este recunoscut\u0103 prin senza\u021bii concrete:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ritm lent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respira\u021bie natural\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lipsa presiunii<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>posibilitatea de a opri<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>senza\u021bia de sprijin \u0219i stabilitate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un corp care a tr\u0103it stres prelungit, traum\u0103 sau suprasolicitare <strong>\u00ee\u0219i pierde capacitatea de a recunoa\u0219te calmul<\/strong>. Chiar \u0219i relaxarea poate fi perceput\u0103 ca pericol. De aceea, multe persoane spun:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201e\u0218tiu c\u0103 sunt bine, dar corpul meu nu se lini\u0219te\u0219te.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103 for\u021barea relax\u0103rii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cencerc\u0103rile de a \u201ete calma\u201d prin voin\u021b\u0103 pot avea efect invers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>respira\u021bie for\u021bat\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exerci\u021bii prea intense<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>corect\u0103ri agresive ale posturii<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>presiunea de a \u201eface corect\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru un sistem nervos sensibil, acestea sunt semnale de <strong>control<\/strong>, nu de siguran\u021b\u0103.
